Orders are handled between Monday - Friday during business hours to allow for time to be spent with my family during the weekend.  I am a stay at home mom and do very much appreciate working with you to create your  special family keepsake memories. If your orders are sent in email during the weekend you will receive a confirmation that your party details and payment has been received on that coming Monday as I review through my emails and you will be notified of when your sample will be ready for approval.  Orders are handled quickly providing you have sent all the necessary party details, photo's and shipping details.

Order Instructions

You can order invitations and prints at the bottom of the checkout system or by emailing me direct and asking for a custom invoice to be sent to you.

See below for shipping time/price options and choose which shipping route you are requiring. Please note that the checkout system at bottom of the invitation page is for regular USPS or regular Canada post only only so if needing to upgrade your shipping please just contact me direct for a custom invoice to be sent.

Upon your checkout with PayPal you will need to manually email your party details and photo's to me in email to  jadecreations@gmail.com   Always provide an alternate email address and photo number with your order in case of any problems trying to contact you about your order.

Paypal   This is your quickest option to ensure a quick and speedy order/process time. It is secure and no personal credit/debit information ever passes outside of the customer to the buyer. By paying with Paypal it enables you to use various types of credit cards, debit, and e-checks.  If you are sending an e-check , orders will ship out only after the payment clears.

Money orders   If mailing from outside Canada, only international money orders are accepted. 

For Canada - e-mail Interac bank payments are also accepted.

When sending your photo's please do not crop and please send at their original size without any adjusting. The larger and clearer the better.  Please feel free to send as many photo's as you would like, letting me know which is your favorite and also gives me the opportunity to choose the photo best suited for your invitation.  When your samples are ready you will have the opportunity to view for your approval and request any changes before the order goes out for processing or shipping.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that when sending your photo's in email to please select "attach file"  and  do not select  "attach photo".  Many email programs shrink these files down in size automatically if you select attach photo, which causes distortion. Please be sure your photo's are between the size 300k - 3MB.

If you are using a digital camera to take your photo's please be sure it is at least 3 megapixels and at its highest resolution.  If you are scanning your photo from an actual photograph, please make sure you are scanning in on just the photo itself and not the whole flatbed background of the scanner and use highest resolution.

Please make sure your photo's are clear and not blurry.  Sometimes holding the camera too closely to the subject will cause the camera to not focus properly.  Cell phone photo's are not suitable.

If you are wanting a full body cutout of your child on any photo project please be sure that you send an appropriate photo from at least the waist up that shows limbs and head fully in the photo.

If you are not able to scan or have a digital camera you may send your photos to me direct in the mail but you will need to allow yourself plenty of time before your party date for me to receive this photo.  If you are needing the photo back please be sure to include $2.00 to your order to allow for shipping this photo back direct as it can not be included with your invitation order if you are outside of Canada. If needing to send your photo to me in mail, contact me before the initial invoice is made up so the "send back photo fee" is added to the invoice to avoid any paypal fee's from a second invoice.

If you have sent your order details or payment and have not received a confirmation email within two business days (Monday-Friday), please be sure to check your spam or junk mail folders as most often this is where your email as gone.  Some junk mail settings are set to automatically delete all incoming spam upon arrival before having the opportunity to review and check them.   Please be sure to turn off this automatic delete feature.  It has been in my experience that as many legitimate emails end up in the spam box as the spam does.  To ensure you will receive your emails, please add both of my email address's to your approved sender/receiver list.  jadecreations@gmail.com and jade2@nbnet.nb.ca as I will be responding to you from both.

Orders ship out direct from the lab therefore am unable to include envelopes. These can be purchased locally at any Michael's arts and craft store.

 If regular shipping time has been chosen, it is sent out by USPS for US customers and Canada Post for Canadians.  Shipping times quoted are approximate and not guaranteed.  In most all cases they arrive on time, however if any holidays, or other cause for delay in the mail system occurs, please understand this is out of my control.  If you are needing your order in a rush, I do offer 2 day and next day fedex for US, and Express Post for Canada with tracking available.

the entire order can only be one or the other.

(3)  -   Please confirm your shipping address that your order is to be

 shipped as I have had some who were still using an old address on either

 paypal or ebay.  This will prevent any delays in receiving your order on
